Patrick and Jennifer in Georgia

We just spent 2 weeks with my brother Patrick and his lovely wife Jennifer. They are kind of newly weds(married 1 year) and expecting their first baby. We spent just about every day exploring outdoors. Here is our first day hiking around at Amicalola Falls. It is very close to us so we have been there a lot but it is a great afternoon trip and the beautiful scenery never gets old.

Then we had a nice evening at home. Jennifer is a great cook and like me loves to be in the kitchen so we had fun preparing dinner together. Then it was time to get out and walk around our neighborhood to see those bugs you only find on this side of the US. Lightning Bugs or also known as Fire Flies.

They are so neat to see and Brynn loves to try to catch them.

They are only here for a few months so it makes it a fun summer thing.

I love our little community. When we moved here there was only 30 some homes. They recently built about 30 more so it is very small and we know

just about everyone.
